Our journey began in ranch families, where strong Christian beliefs and a profound respect for the land and water were integral parts of our upbringing.

Traci is a proud graduate of Texas Tech University, where she earned her Master's degree in Physical Therapy. She is now the owner of a successful practice and Fitness Center in Lipan, TX, where her passion for health and wellness flourishes. Meanwhile, Tim's expertise lies in water management as a licensed irrigator and backflow tester. He owns TR Irrigation and Landscape and founded Safe Water Practices, driven by the vision to ensure clean and safe water for our communities.
